This initiative serves as a platform for the next generation of designers and researchers to showcase their work while contributing to the ongoing conversation in the field of urbanism.
The publication highlights exemplary thesis projects completed in the last five years, focusing on four key themes: Urban Renewal, Urban Landscapes, Urban Management, and Urban Networks. Urban Renewal addresses the revitalization of heritage areas and the transformation of urban spaces. Urban Landscapes emphasizes the integration of natural and built environments, while Urban Management explores the physical, social, and economic management of urban areas. Lastly, Urban Networks dives into the complexities of connectivity, mobility, and transit systems in urban spaces.
All selected thesis entries will be featured in a dedicated book with an ISBN, providing global visibility and recognition. Furthermore, the top 40 participants will have the privilege to present their work in an online thesis seminar attended by esteemed urban design professionals from around the world.
